Areas Throughout the Centre can be hired for Meetings, Exhibitions, Workshops and Events.

The rates depend on the duration for booking and whether single or set of bookings.

General figure is £25/hr for a single space and one off booking.

We are creating a Digital Hub in the Centre.  This will offer 4 individual  Work Pods which can be hired on a 6 – 12 month basis.

Pod tenants will benefit from the other utilities of the Centre which includes High Speed Broad Band from Fibrus Limited, Meeting Room/Conference booking and Kitchen facilities. The Centre is located 200m from Killyleagh Castle with the Shore of Strangford Lough a gentle stroll away. There are top quality eateries such as Picnic Delicatessen and the Dufferin Restaurant and Pub.
