Feb 2023 – N. Ireland Housing Executive have loaned the Bell (made on 1872) from the Shrigley Monument. This bell has been in storage for 4 decades. Along with new information boards on Shrigley’s significant Industrial past – a leader in the UK . the bell and a model of the area adjacent to the monument is here to inform on local history and also raise awareness for local support in developing the area as an environmental and community project.
